Main components: The core component is dexamethasone acetate.

Properties: It is a suspension of fine particles. After standing still, the fine particles sink. When shaken, it becomes a uniform milky white suspension.

Indications: It is used for allergic and autoimmune inflammatory diseases, such as connective tissue diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, severe bronchial asthma, severe dermatitis and other allergic diseases. It can also be used for ulcerative colitis, acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, etc.

Specification and dosage

1.Specification: 1ml: 4mg

2.Usage: It can be used for intramuscular injection, intra-tendon sheath injection, intra-articular injection, local intradermal injection, and also for injection into the nasal cavity, larynx and other areas.

3.Dosage: Intramuscular injection 1-8mg once a day; Inject 0.8-6mg once into the tendon sheath or joint cavity, etc., once every two weeks. Local intradermal injection: 0.05-0.25mg per point, totaling 2.5mg, once a week. Inject 0.1-0.2mg into the nasal cavity and other areas, 1-3 times a day.

4.Adverse reactions: Larger doses are prone to cause diabetes, peptic ulcers and Cushing-like syndrome-like symptoms, and have a strong inhibitory effect on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. Concurrent infection is the main adverse reaction.

5.Contraindications: This product is contraindicated in individuals with a history of allergy to this product or adrenal cortical hormone drugs. Patients with hypertension, thrombosis, myocardial infarction, gastric and duodenal ulcers, etc. generally should not use it.

6.Patients with tuberculosis, acute bacterial or viral infections should use with caution. If necessary, it should be used in combination with anti-infection treatment. After long-term medication, the dosage should be gradually reduced before discontinuation. Patients with diabetes, osteoporosis and other conditions should use with caution.

7.Storage: Keep away from light and store in a sealed container. Valid for 24 months.
